Our Story - About Ken Pitcher, Agency President
Ken works daily in the administration of his busy health insurance services agency, holds an Illinois Insurance License, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting (Greenville University), and a Master’s of Science degree in Communications and Advertising (University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana).

In addition to his 24+ years of professional insurance experience, Ken has held various Accounting, Marketing and Sales positions in a wide variety of industries, including Industrial Metals Manufacturing, Legal Stationery, Paint and Coatings, Advertising, and the Healthcare Information Technology industry. Ken uses all this combined know-how and expertise each day as he serves his clients.

Ken is also a producer for Pitcher Insurance Agency, Inc., which is owned by his brother, Ron Pitcher. They specialize in serving manufacturing and service industry clients, focused on the total cost of risk and providing business insurance solutions.

Personally, Ken enjoys time with his wife and two great kids. His hobbies include running 5K races, fly fishing, enjoying all sports, and American muscle cars. Ken founded and is President of the Midwest Firebirds, a non-profit, philanthropic car club, dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of the first-generation Pontiac Firebird.
